For Marty Clem, a typical day means working closely with customers. It means quoting parts and negotiating deals with the airlines. This may be a hectic and demanding schedule, but not a problem for a man who has been with AIRCO Group since 1987. According to Marty, it's the ability to listen to the customer -- really listen -- and then respond quickly. Marty likes to run daily, usually 4 to 6 miles, and is always looking for a golf game.
