Melanie Combs V.P. Operations After taking her last college final on a Friday, Melanie Combs had only the weekend to unwind. She started at AIRCO Group on Monday. That was in 1982. She's been here ever since. In the many years that have followed, Melanie has been involved with almost every facet of the company. Like other long-time team members of AIRCO, she has seen technology and automation drastically change the industry. Melanie believes that while this has increased efficiency, it has removed the "personal" touch from the process. She strives to put this personal touch back into AIRCO's customer service, with an emphasis on building strong relationships with customers. Her focus on relationships is reflected in her belief in the importance of family, a group of people that not only includes her husband, children, sister, niece, nephew and parents, but also her pets, a boxer and a talking African Grey parrot. melaniec@airco-ict.com
