Trudy Stout Trudy Stout has become a veritable cornerstone in the foundation of Aircraft Instrument and Radio Services, Inc. As Customer Service Manager, Trudy has been working at AIRCO for over fourteen years. She has seen many major changes since she began working, such as increases in the volume of repairs, more efficient Quality programs and procedures, improved communication both internally and externally, and a vastly improved computer system. Trudy says her favorite part of her job has been building her customer base. Having had many of the same customers for years, she says she's achieved a level of comfort with them. In turn, she says that their trust in her and the company is very rewarding. Undoubtedly, one of the best things for Trudy about working at AIRCO is the people. The senses of humor in her coworkers and customers are sometimes the best cure for a tense situation. Within the company, Trudy says that her coworkers "all make tense situations easier with their great sense of humor, experience, job knowledge and the attitude that we can accomplish anything by working together; no one stands alone." In case you don't recognize the name "Trudy Stout", maybe you're familiar with "Judy" or even "Charity Stroud"? Trudy's name is apparently difficult to understand over the phone, which leads to many mix-ups. Not to worry, they're all misunderstandings, Trudy is not suffering an identity crisis! Outside of work, Trudy enjoys reading books by Dean Koontz, walking her dog (which is bigger than she is) and talking to her African Grey parrot. She says very pointedly that her husband of 22 years is the cook of the family! The next time you are needing repair/overhaul capabilities, don't forget to call Trudy (or Judy)! |
