OUTSOURCE PROGRAMS
  To help our customers procure provisioning requirements without the addition of personnel and costly overhead, we can provide provisioning support. Our relationships and experience within the surplus marketplace enable us to provide for the timely delivery of equipment requirements, offering full procurement support and assuming full responsibility for quality assurance, certification and traceability. It has been our experience that major provisioning projects can benefit from a program of this nature. As customer requirements will be adjusted, expanded or deleted, an option of outsource gives the customer the flexibility to contract for equipment and/or services on a "just-in-time" basis to make best use of financial, organizational, and human resources.
 
CONSIGNMENT SERVICES
  We offer customers exceptional consignment experience and diverse consignment services, with each program designed individually to meet your requirements. These programs can be designed to accommodate almost any situation of excess material that requires marketing and timely sale.

  Our flexibility allows many options. Programs can be designed to place full responsibility on AIRCO Group to relocate and manage complete inventories at our facility, or complete marketing and sales support at the customer's location. Customers are assured of complete inventory tracking, traceability and inventory reporting with total access to records and information.
 
EQUIPMENT PROVISIONING
  We built our reputation on meeting the provisioning requirements of major, regional and commuter operators, and corporate flight departments. Our continuous research of current aviation trends and our association with industry-wide equipment and service marketing networks provide our customers with an entire support source that can act as an extension of their current purchasing/procurement department. Plus, our relationships with aircraft operators and equipment/aircraft manufacturers worldwide enable us to maintain a massive product inventory to support the immediate equipment requirements of our customers.

COMPLETE REPAIR/OVERHAUL CAPABILITIES
  We offer our customers the benefit of an on-site repair facility with multiple certifications, including FAA and EASA. Our services division provides complete repair, overhaul, and service capabilities for avionics, instrumentation and a wide range of accessories. Strict quality control procedures are maintained through the enforcement of our internal quality control manual with CASE standards compliance and FAA approval.
 
RECERTIFICATION PROGRAM
  Our in-house services division offers customers the option of a unique recertification program for components we repair. This program can provide unlimited warranty potential at substantial savings. Customers benefit through increased reliability rates and reduced off-the-shelf failure rates.
 
AIRCRAFT DISMANTLE SERVICES
  We can oversee aircraft dismantle projects from start to finish. Customers are provided with on-site technical representation during complete aircraft disassembly and salvage. Our technical representation offers years of domestic and international aircraft experience in operations, maintenance, quality control, engineering and contracts. At the customer's direction, we provide management in technical and engineering decisions with regard to scheduling, safety and practicality. Dismantle services include overseeing the following areas:

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
  We understand the administrative effort involved in maintaining inventory that supports flight operations. Our international reach, ongoing research of current aviation trends, and association with industry-wide marketing networks enable us to offer customers excellent inventory management. Our consulting services offer advanced, long-range planning, as well as an evaluation service to forecast upcoming maintenance requirements based on aircraft history. Consulting services include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Establishment of provisioning program
  • Surplus inventory level evaluation
  • Surplus value / cost analysis
  • Provisioning expenses / current assets offset program

FLEXIBLE FINANCIAL OPTIONS
  We realize the financial constraints placed on the operator in today's market. In an effort to accommodate unique situations, we offer a wide range of financial options from outright cash purchase to flexible lease arrangements. Financial terms provided by AIRCO Group are negotiated with consideration given to the customer's requirements and financial position, and the dollar amount involved. Above all else, we provide these options because we value our long-term relationships.
 
24-HOUR A.O.G. SERVICE
  In an effort to meet the immediate requirements of our worldwide customer base, AIRCO Group has an internal system established to handle Aircraft On Ground situations with priority handling. Customers are assured immediate A.O.G. assistance and equipment provisioning services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
 
EXCHANGE AND LOANER SERVICE
  We offer exchange and loaner services to customers worldwide, in an effort to further accommodate immediate requirements. All material in our vast inventory is offered on an exchange basis in order to provide customers with immediate availability. Customers incur a low percentage of current market value on all exchange services. Our in-house services division offers free loaner units to customers (when available) while repair and/or overhaul services are being performed.
